This is my rather feeble rec for an absolutely brilliantly crafted piece of fanfic - the "Beg Me For It" series by Icarus.

This was the very first Ron and Draco that I ever read, and since then I've been craving more.  It starts off rather harshly and this single scene sets the stage for the rest of the series.  The entire series has a delicious overtone of sarcastic humour, with a general acceptance for the absurdity of reality and a willingness to hide from the same.

There are so many authors works that I thoroughly adore but the one author that stands out for me, would also be my first and that is Tasy's "I'm Not In Denial" series, which sent me hurtling into the R/D pairing and inspired my own writing of the two. Before I was baptised in that fire I'd been a Harry/Draco shipper exclusively *shudder* Can't stomach the pairing now.

I must say I'm a sucker for 'angst' and "I'm Not In Denial" definitely has that in sweet abundance. For lack of a better word, its HOT...the way she writes them together. My god, it sizzles and the plot is not bad also *grins* Tasy has an eye for the detail, for humour and for just bloody good story writing. I Highly recommend if for some unfortunate reason you have never read any of her writing, go and do it right now.
